This page provides you with all the information you need to know to schedule your session and order your prints.
Scheduling a Session
Contact me by phone (720.872.2913) or email (heather@heatherharrell.info) to schedule a date and time. The session fee of $60 is immediately due, which includes 2 hours of time and travel within 20 miles of Northglenn, Colorado. More distant locations can be scheduled for an extra fee. Please don't hesitate to contact me for more information.
Your session fee may be refunded or you may reschedule your session if you need to cancel for any reason at least 48 hours before the session. Sessions canceled due to weather may be refunded or rescheduled as well.
Day of Session
Please be well rested, well nourished, and ready to smile and have a great time. If you have any questions about what to wear or what kind of posing to expect, don't hesitate to give me a call. Your session will always be individual and unique -- just like you.
Ordering Prints
I will email you a user name and password to access your on-line proof gallery within 7 business days. Your on-line gallery will be available for 30 days.
Orders must be placed within 2 weeks of receiving your on-line proof gallery. You have 24 hours after you place your order to make changes at no extra cost. You will also have until the 30th day to place additional print orders for a $25 reprint charge.
When you are ready to order, please send me an email list of the prints you want. Be sure to include the Pose Number, Print Size, and any Special Enhancement you want for each print. I will email you an invoice to confirm your selections. Print orders will be placed with the processing lab after full payment is received.
